Phonological and Phonemic Awareness

Participants will explore the attributes of phonological and phonemic awareness; examine strategies for teaching phonological and phonemic awareness; and practice using chants, finger plays, poetry, rhyming books, and songs to help develop children’s phonological and phonemic awareness.
