Encouraging Self Regulation in the Elementary School Years

This presentation will discuss the importance of children's self-regulation for social and academic success especially as children transition to kindergarten and throughout elementary school. Discussion will focus on how to measure self-regulation in children and research on how to promote these skills in elementary schools.
