The Foundations for Learning: Understanding the Root Causes of Learning and Behavior Challenges

In this session we will examine the lower or foundational senses (touch, balance, self/movement, warmth) and how the functioning of these senses effect the child's social, emotional and intellectual development. We will learn to identify each of these sense-associated challenges and activities to support the healthy development of each as a therapeutic and preventative measure.
