Pocket Full of Feelings: Teaching Children Emotional Literacy

Emotional literacy is one of the most important keys to mental health, academic achievement and overall well-being. Feelings are communicated and expressed through behavior. Understanding that feelings are responsible for children's behavior will allow you to successfully help them manage and change their behavior. The goal of Pocket Full of Feelings is to prepare children emotionally for successful lives.
