Experiential Learning

Learning through experiences can be a powerful tool for teachers! Children and youth that engage in activities that employ multiple strategies and create experiences retain information at a higher rate and learn life skills that carry them through their educational life. Join us as we explore the principles of experiential learning and the role of the teacher as facilitator. Through case studies and video clips we will practice selecting experiential learning strategies to enhance learning in your classroom!
