Program Management for Staff
Program staff behavior and practice is governed by regulatory requirements and program policies. In this workshop we will examine the rules every licensed program must follow. Staff will explore regulations that pertain to them as individuals versus regulations that govern the program. Explore the link between program policies and rules to Oregon's Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS).
(Bring program policies, family handbooks and employee handbooks if they are available.)
