Participants will explore ways to plan and implement preschool and kindergarten learning environments that support emergent literacy and foster active learning; examine strategies for implementing print-rich environments that facilitate meaningful learning, support diversity, and promote literacy development; and develop new ideas for literacy materials, props, and ideas to enhance learning centers.
