Motivational and effective leadership are a critical factor in the success and quality of programs. In this workshop we will analyze the behaviors and traits of effective leaders and compare common leadership theories. Through discussion and case studies we will critically examine the role of trust and how to motivate staff through effective leadership practices.

The first class starts on January 28 from 6:30-9:00pm followed by on-line portion. Class ends on February 25 with an in class portion from 6:30-9:00pm and participants will receive a certificate for 10 total hours of training.
