Integrating Assessment, Activities, and Outcomes with Program Philosophy

Your program’s philosophy is the foundation for the goals and outcomes that you want for the children and youth in your program. In this session we will analyze models for assessment, observation, and program outcomes. This will include a critical examination of how they should be integrated with learning experiences to create a comprehensive learning system that supports child development. Using your program’s philosophy as the starting point you will create a framework that increases the quality of your program promoting positive learning for children and youth.
