Canning with Ramona
Let's learn how to have fun in the kitchen and gardening with our young children. We will discuss "harvest time" (gathering vegetables) and bringing that experience into the classroom. We will discuss safety tips for gardening, picking, canning and storing foods children have planted (as well as plain ole eating!) We will have hands-on activity, making salsa. What a fun way for children to learn how to make that yummy something that goes with chips.
