Guiding Adults in Early Learning Environments

Designed for lead teachers and administrators, this workshop explores the mentor/mentee approach to guiding adults. Explore the “culture of inquiry” and how to implement the strategies of observation, reflection, planning, and storytelling as a standard practice in guiding adults. Practice using positive communication techniques, build a system of accountability to achieve strong relationships, and create an action plan to ensure success in this hands-on workshop.
