Writing Your Program Philosophy

Does your child care program have a philosophy? Why do you need one? What is your personal philosophy on caring for children? What goals do you have for the children in your care? Participants will explore these questions, work on developing their program philosophy and begin putting it in writing. This is a great training for providers working on the QRIS!
