Oregon’s Quality Rating and Improvement System

This session will provide participants with the knowledge and tools needed to participate in Spark. Participants will gain an understanding of the purpose of a QRIS, the role of partners, supports and incentives available to participating programs, Spark documents and processes, the portfolio submission and review process, and the next steps for participating in Spark.
