This training gives an overview of the many components that make up the early education field. Discussion about the difference between unlicensed and licensed care will occur (training requirements, where care can take place, etc.) as well as what jobs requirements look like in the early childhood field (aides vs teachers). Participants will self-evaluate and reflect on their findings.
