This session is the first step to participating in Spark, Oregon’s Quality Rating and Improvement System. Spark recognizes, rewards and builds on what you are already doing well and provides free tools, financial incentives and professional support to increase and document your quality. In this session participants will explore Spark participation through a step by step breakdown of the process and criteria and get an in-depth look at the benefits of participation.
